SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. Eligibility: The Enterprise PlusTM All-Access VIP Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is open only to Enterprise Plus Members with a valid Enterprise Plus member number ("member number") who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia age 21 and older or of the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Enterprise Holdings, Inc. ("Sponsor"), the National Collegiate Athletic Association ("NCAA"), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and entities involved in the design and implementation of the Sweepstakes and the immediate family members or members of the same household of such individuals are not eligible. "Immediate family" means parents, children, siblings and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

  2. Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins on or about October 1, 2009 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

  3. How To Enter: Visit www.enterpriseplusallaccess.com and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form. You will be required to provide your valid Enterprise Plus member number. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2009. Limit of one entry per person or member number for entire Sweepstakes period. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the member number submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the member number by the organization responsible for assigning member number. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, using an invalid Enterprise Plus member number or any other methods will void all that participant's entries and that participant will be disqualified.

    All eligible entrants will receive a free Enterprise car rental upgrade offer via email. Upgrade is subject to terms and conditions of offer.

  4. Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about January 15, 2010 among all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency selected by Sponsor. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. Decisions of the Sponsor and judges are final.

  5. Notification: Grand Prize winner will be notified by express courier ("Notification") and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where permitted, a Publicity Release within the time specified in the notification letter. Failure by winner to timely return the completed documents by the date specified in the notification letter or the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. First Prize winners will be notified and receive their prizes by mail.

  6. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (ARV): (1) Grand Prize: A 5-Day/4-Night trip for winner and one guest to attend winner's choice of one of the following 2010 NCAA® Championship Events: 2010 NCAA® Men's Final Four® - Indianapolis, IN (4/2/10-4/6/10) (ARV: $6,460); 2010 NCAA® Women's Final Four® – San Antonio, TX (4/3/10-4/7/10) (ARV: $4,000); 2010 NCAA® Men's Frozen Four® – Detroit, MI (4/7/10-4/11/10) (ARV: $2,750); or 2010 NCAA® Men's College World Series® – Omaha, NE (6/18/10-6/22/10) (ARV: $2,950). Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport near winner's residence (to be determined by Sponsor) to destination, hotel accommodations (1 room – double occupancy), a $350 gift card (to be determined by Sponsor) redeemable at Enterprise Holdings, Inc. for a Full Size Rental Car for length of awarded stay (Gift card also may be used for other purposes at winner's discretion, subject to card terms and conditions), and two (2) game tickets to the selected games and other events. Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are winner's responsibility. Actual value depends on the Event, and the city, day, and time of departure. The difference between any stated value and the actual value will not be awarded. (100) First Prizes: a prize pack consisting of (1) Enterprise/NCAA® branded t-shirt and other Enterprise/NCAA® branded merchandise (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $50. Maximum total ARV of All Prizes: $11,460.

  7. Prize Restrictions: Winners may not substitute or transfer a prize but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute, in whole or in part, any prize with comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Limit one prize per person/family/household/email address. Applicable taxes on prize and any expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winners. Grand Prize travel is subject to airline and hotel availability, and other travel restrictions apply. Grand Prize winner and guest must be available to travel on dates and at times of Sponsor's sole choosing or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If a Grand Prize event is cancelled, postponed or not available for any reason, the liability of Sponsor and its agencies shall be limited to awarding a trip for winner and guest to destination with all other prize elements except for those directly related to the portion cancelled, postponed or unavailable. Confirmation will be given on a space-available basis only. Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, they will not be replaced. Grand Prize winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary on dates and times approved by Sponsor. For car rental, winner or guest must possess a valid driver's license issued by the state in which such person resides, be age 21 or older and meet car rental company's standard renter qualifications. Travel guest of Grand Prize winner must execute a Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release within a specified time prior to issuance of travel documents. If travel guest is a minor (under the age of majority in jurisdiction of residence), parent/legal guardian must accompany the guest on the trip and must confirm and sign release documents on minor guest's behalf. Grand Prize winner and guest are solely responsible for required travel documents such as government-issued photo identification. If the Grand Prize winner lives within approximately 150 miles of destination (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation with no allowance being permitted for the cost difference between air and ground travel. Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS 1099 Form for the fair market value of prize.

  8. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, NCAA, CBS Broadcasting, Inc., and their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents ("Sweepstakes Entities") from and against any and all liability, injuries, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind, including personal injury and/or death or property damage, sustained in connection with his/her participation in this Promotion, or from his/her receipt, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize, or for any error in the announcement of any prize; (c) that the foregoing Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guaranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to a prize; and (d) if a winner, by accepting prize, to the use (except where prohibited by law) of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness by Sponsor or any party authorized by Sponsor for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in all media known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without review or additional compensation and, upon request, to provide such consent in writing. Participation in Sweepstakes is subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of www.enterprise.com. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE OF www.enterprise.com, DO NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES, PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE USE THE WEB SITE.

    Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and representatives and their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials and in the event of any inconsistency between Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and control, (b) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connection availability, server malfunction, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions or any human, mechanical or technical or electronic error which may occur in the collection and processing of entries; (c) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (d) lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries or personal information or mail; or (e) any condition caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted, regardless of the reason. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes.

    Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs, technical difficulties, suspected or actual electronic tampering, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation or suspension, notification thereof will be posted at www.enterpriseplusallaccess.com and the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing among all eligible entries legitimately received immediately prior to the event(s) causing the termination or suspension. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this sweepstakes or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website's terms of service, as solely determined by the sponsor, will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Website access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification.

    CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION.

    Sweepstakes, including construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be (1) governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to choice of law or conflict of law principles (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Missouri; (2) any dispute, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected in any way with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and brought exclusively in a federal or state court in the county of St. Louis in the state of Missouri; (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (4) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

  9. Winners List/Official Rules: For the names of the Grand and First Prize winners, mail a self-addressed first class stamped envelope to: Enterprise PlusTM All-Access VIP Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 577, Cary IL 60013-0577. For a copy of the Official Rules mail a self-addressed first class stamped envelope to: Enterprise PlusTM All-Access VIP Sweepstakes Rules, P.O. Box 577, Cary IL 60013-0577 for receipt by December 31, 2009; Official Rules will also be posted on www.enterpriseplusallaccess.com.
